Long-term residents are the heartbeat of our community. But many people are being displaced for short-term rentals and cannot afford the astronomical prices houses now fetch. The BCLT is dedicated to creating, preserving, and sustaining long-term affordable housing in the Bolinas-Stinson School District because 75% of our community's full-time residents are low-income.
The BCLT exists to house cherished and essential members of our community. Bolinas and Stinson's first responders, educators, and so many others need stable homes in town. Affordable homes really are the foundation for our entire community.
