The Time to Act is Now

THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW.

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered shifts in affordable housing dynamics that have sharply exacerbated the crisis we face. Your support has never been more vital.

Our teachers, firefighters, doctors, service workers, seniors, contractors, gardeners, housekeepers, and young families are still struggling daily with the financial impacts of the pandemic and sharply higher costs of living. Data is clear that for lower-income households and households of color, the excruciating pressures of high housing costs will not relent without our swift and expanded efforts.

We are working to address this crisis and preserve permanently affordable housing in Bolinas and Stinson Beach. As 2022 comes to an end, the BCLT now has 23 affordable rental units, three pending affordable homeownership opportunities, and much more in the pipeline. Together, we can stabilize our community and ensure it remains the vibrant, inclusive, and thriving place we all love.

The neighbors you rely on every day are in turn relying upon stable affordable housing in Bolinas and Stinson Beach. Join us in proactively working to address this critical issue facing our towns. The time to act is now.

With gratitude,

With gratitude and care,
